  1. Download & unzip

    Click Download above to grab atlas-extension.zip, then unzip it (right-click → Extract All on Windows, or double-click on Mac). Remember where the unzipped folder goes.

  2. Open your Extensions page

    In Chrome, open the ⋮ menu → Extensions → Manage Extensions, or type chrome://extensions in the address bar.

  3. Turn on Developer mode

    Flip the Developer mode toggle in the top-right corner. This lets your browser load the extension.

  4. Load unpacked

    Click Load unpacked, then select the unzipped atlas-extension folder. The Atlas Job OS extension will appear in your list.

  5. Sign in & you're done

    Click the Atlas icon in your toolbar, sign in with your Atlas account, and you’re connected. Atlas can now search 8+ job boards for you.

What the extension unlocks

The extension lets Atlas search 8+ job boards with one click — LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Reed, Totaljobs, Jobsite, Monster & CV-Library — all at once.

Atlas always asks for your approval before submitting anything on your behalf.

Troubleshooting

I don't see ‘Load unpacked’

Make sure Developer mode is ON (step 3), then refresh the extensions page.

The download is a .zip — what do I do?

Unzip it first. Browsers can’t load a zipped extension; point Load unpacked at the unzipped folder, not the .zip.

Is this safe? It's not in the Chrome Web Store.

Yes. Atlas is a young product and Load-unpacked is the standard way to run a first-party extension before store review. The extension only talks to Atlas and the job boards you search.

It's not connecting after sign-in.

Refresh the job-board tab, or reopen the Atlas popup and sign in again. Still stuck? Email Team@atlasjob.tech.
